Thomas Massie Eats Hemp on Live TV
What happens when a state legalizes the growing of industrial hemp but the drug war-addicted federal government intercepts the seeds? Well, the state (in this case, Kentucky) sues the feds, for one.

It's just a matter of time before something like this happens, and things will get interesting when it does.
I've been waiting for a governor to order the state police to guard a medical marijuana clinic for a while now. It'll happen someday, but not nearly soon enough.
It won't happen until state police no longer get federal drug enforcement grants.
Don't bogart that hemp
Rubber band ligation is a procedure in which the hemprhoid is tied off at its base with rubber bands, cutting off the blood flow to the hemprhoid.
"Libertarian-leaning" means never having to say you're sorry.
Good. The more conflict between the states and the feds, the better. That was one of the original pillars of our limited government scheme, after all: that the states would jealously guard their turf against the feds.
Bah. The only thing the states jealously guard anymore is their cut of the federal government's treasury-backed handouts.
Which is exactly how the feds want it, and they got their wish.
Something, something, 17th Amendment.
How much cocaine do I need to eat on the teevee to prove that it's safe?

Who fucking cares what Obama's position is on hemp? The law doesn't support the DEA's actions, and every last DEA prick who's participating in this usurpation should be bounced off the public payroll.
