If you force companies to pay for IUDs, which you admit are expensive, then not only are they going to be able to hire fewer people. That's not even getting into the fact that these higher labor costs will particularly make it hard to start or run a small business, and will make it impossible for them to compete with larger businesses that have profits capable of supporting high labor costs.
