83 Year-Old Woman Shot By Policeman
Delma Towler was trying to flee what she thought was an intruder
ALTAVISTA, Va. — The Altavista police officer who shot and killed an 83-year-old woman Wednesday night is now on administrative leave.
We still don't know the officer's name, but reports say that person is a 10-year veteran of the police force. State police are still investigating.
