Charges Against Snowden Have Bipartisan Support on Capitol Hill
One more thing for the Republicans and Democrats to agree on
Congress is showing bipartisan support for the Obama administration officially charging American Edward Snowden in connection with leaking secret information about the National Security Agency's surveillance programs.
Federal prosecutors announced this weekend that they filed a criminal complaint June 14 against the former NSA contract employee, charging Snowden with the theft and communication of classified intelligence, then giving the information to an unauthorized person.

Fair enough, I suppose. Please put me on his jury. To maintain that fairness though, I have another question:
How do we charge the NSA, Congress and the President with the theft of my communications and personal data without a validly-obtained warrant, violation of my 4th Amendment (these searches and seizures lack any kind of specificity for the person, place, time or even what they are looking for) and due process rights?
Apparently, the NSA, Congress and the President have designated the American people as their number one enemy. That makes charging them with their crimes a very difficult, if not impossible task.
These losers in D.C. are the real traitors. They sell us out every chance they get. Fuck these pieces of shit.
