As a woman with a few single-mom friends I wil posit that women aren't marrying their baby daddies because those men are worthless douchebags. The real question isn't, "why aren't preggos marrying," but rather, "why do men suck so bad?" Everywhere I look there's another dude who can't/won't pay his bills, spends his time playing video games, and cares more about his car/truck than his lady. These are not attractive qualities in a mate.

I have no idea why they fuck these guys to begin with. I've never been one of those girls so I can't explain the behavior. All I know is that given the choice, women would rather go it alone than be tethered to some jackass.

It is funny to me how birth control and women's liberation has made it acceptable to have sex out of marriage.

But you actually have to *use* the birth control when you are having out of marriage sex for the whole women's liberation to work.

I'm 29 and occasionally will date a single woman with children. Usually their single motherhood is just another in their series of poor life choices.

Oh and they are usually on the dole as well.
