What an interesting initiative. This model has been tested in Quebec where individuals sponsor immigrants of which they take "possession" as soon as they get out of the plane. They have them sign a power of attorneys, open a bank account in there name, rent them a room in their house and are completely responsible for the new arrival as long as this one is dependent upon his adopters. They say the program works best when the new immigrants don't speak or understand either French nor English.
I've proposed calling the program "Bring your own slave..." but surprisingly it was not accepted.
I bet Martha's Vineyard residents will be especially eager to participate in this wonderful program. Fiona told us those 24 hours on MV - some new arrivals were reportedly given pizza! - provide all the evidence we need. Democrats are, in fact, totally sincere when they proclaim "no human is illegal, borders are racist, immigration has no downside, keep the Brown bodies flowing."
(Then this happened.)
So, private citizen Fiona, again I ask -- how many of these oh-so-desirables do you have living at your place? Until you have a family of Venezuelans in the basement and some Guatemalans in the attic, you're just a hypocrite.
