Peter Suderman Says a Busy Bureaucracy is Less Effective
"There's always incentive for bureaucracy to do more…and they end up being less effective."
Reason's Peter Suderman appears on Cavuto to comment on federal regulator being caught off guard by the recent meningitis outbreak which had caused 11 deaths nationwide at the time of broadcast.
Suderman points out regulation inefficiency is not a partisan-specific issue, and when looking at the candidates in the 2012 election both Obama and Romney claim their regulation would be better than their opponent's.
