A grand jury has indicted former Philadelphia Police Officer Philip Nordo on multiple counts of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and sexual assault, as well as well as stalking and sexual oppression. Nordo is accused of sexually assaulting male witnesses in criminal cases and then threatening them to keep them quiet. The abuse took place in police interrogation rooms as well as during prison visits.
