He's delivering on his promise of expensive, shoddily built goods.

British Prime Minister Theresa May has called for a general election on June 8.
So they just call for elections willy-nilly over there? Big Ballot is behind this.
"?The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to overturn an order by the Arkansas Supreme Court stopping that state from executing two death row inmates."
Can't fathom any reason why anybody would expect the SCOTUS to overturn the state supreme court on an issue involving violation of state laws.
Really? Some state laws can violate the federal constitution and so are proper matters for the Supreme Court to take up. The state supreme court can be overturned, for example, if it approves a religious requirement for state office, or a violation of church/state separation, or restrictions on gun ownership, free press, or permits slavery (outside the bounds of state service of course), etc.
Federalism is all well and good, but it's a division of powers, not a delegation of all power to the states.
Yes, but how could a state court's stay on execution violate the federal constitution? There's nothing in the federal constitution requiring people to be executed.
Yeah, unless it's a "cruel and unusual punishment" thing, I don't see how the SC has any business getting involved in state decisions about the death penalty. Least of all when it's a decision not to execute someone.
Which is why they failed to get involved.
The issue is the maniacs in the state that are so keen on murdering dudes that they forced this all the way to the USSC.
Suspected Facebook killer Steve W. Stephens is still at large.
If your parents named you twice, you might go on a spree, too.
Steve "Weave" Stephens?
Voters in Georgia head to the polls today for a special primary election for an open seat in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Trump hasn't cancelled all elections yet? What kind of dictator is he?
Fucking lazy, no good, do nothing fascist!
The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to overturn an order by the Arkansas Supreme Court stopping that state from executing two death row inmates.
More like death row, am I right? (Rhymes with now.)

Hacking, is there anything it can't do?
Voters in Georgia head to the polls today for a special primary election for an open seat in the U.S. House of Representatives.
THIS WILL BE THE TEST OF THE GOP'S HOLD ON THE HOUSE. Unless it isn't.
Cool your jets, shit stirrer. The House of Representatives is a social construct and doesn't actually exist.
If only!
Georgia is electing 31 representatives for one seat?

The W. stands for "Weven," doesn't it.

"A dream scenario for liberals would be a knockout blow in which Democrat Jon Ossoff clears 50 percent in Tuesday's primary battle with 17 other candidates ? including 11 GOP candidates."
I'm going to go way out on a limb here and predict this guy isn't going to get 50% of the vote with 17 other candidates in the race today. Trump will tweet what yyuuge victory this is, and yet they will probably piss away that seat in the runoff election in June anyhow.
Pessimist.
What a shock that the same "geniuses" who thought there was no way Hillary could ever possibly lose think that a wet behind the ears Millennial commie can win in the wealthy north Atlanta suburbs.

Isn't I-85 still hosed?
I guess maintenance spending isn't sexy.
I was amazed this morning to see that all lanes were open... including the one that bust open.
In other news, the problem that happened wasn't actually due to any lack of maintenance. It was due to a fuck-up by the contractor who was doing maintenance.

Fucking Family Law. The worst of the worst.
Fucking Family Law. The worst of the worst.
That is something I agree with.
In the entirety of the law, no other equity court has as large an impact on an individual's life.
The sexes enjoy different and subjective standards, the judges are Eichmann-esque, and case law means nothing. "Best interests of the child" is the prevailing principle, yet it is almost never the case that the best interests of the child include the child's preference.
Further, in family law, a male child who is raped can be on the hook for paternity because of a State's "superior interest in requiring the natural parents of the child to support the child."
Fucked. Fuck-ed. Fooked.

"Sore-y!" said the beaver, after being passively-aggressively shamed by Canadian ranchers.

"Voters in Georgia head to the polls today for a special primary election for an open seat in the U.S. House of Representatives."
Other voters in Georgia looked at the slate of 18 candidates (5 D's, 11 R's, 2 I's) and simply couldn't find any of them that they hated least. But, ultimately might just use the vote as a good excuse to leave work early today.
