How Pot Went Legit: Livestream with Weed Land author Peter Hecht Tonight at 7PT/10ET
In the early morning of September 5, 2002, heavily armed Drug Enforcement Administration agents descended on a marijuana garden that served as a medicinal and spiritual refuge for the sick and dying. The controversial raid on the Wo/Men's Alliance for Medical Marijuana kicks off journalist Peter Hecht's new book Weed Land: Inside America's Marijuana Epicenter and How Pot Went Legit, which chronicles a transformative time in American marijuana policy.
Pulitzer Prize winner Dale Maharidge calls Weed Land "essential reading for anyone who is a fan of California's most lucrative agricultural product."
Tune in tonight for a live discussion of this exciting new book, which examines the latest clinical studies on the medical benefits of cannabis, the exploding marijuana marketplace, and the consequences of a federal crackdown on America's largest marijuana economy. The interview will stream live from our Los Angeles studio on Reason TV on Wednesday, June 11 at 7PT/10ET. The video will be available below and on the Reason TV YouTube channel.

California: Where the weed flows like heroine.
Which heroine?
I'm going with Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. There's a fair number of friends of Dorothy in CA, so - I think that works.
George Will writes a reasonable article about the victim culture in which he uses the term 'so-called rape epidemic.'
Michael Eric Dyson hilariously claims that George Will's words re-raped women.
The best line is 'they're re-raped verbally by insensitivities which Will exhibited.'
You know what's insensitive? Comparing sexual assault to a Washington Post op-ed.
This proves yet again that you will never go broke underestimating the intelligence of the American public.
I feel raped by your comment. Re-raped, even. You insensitive bastard.
I think this is the offending column. Sorry to be so rapey.

Rerape was my favorite character on What's Happening!
That's what I'd like to know.
How Pot Went Legit:
And denies you your second amendment rights.
Smoke the Mary Jane, cough up the Ruger. Simple as that. Cause - DEBIL WEED!
Not streaming for me.
The reel goes around & around, and couple times appeared to dump the film on the floor. Takeup reel, anyone?
Last time it seemed to throw the film up to the ceiling, but then it started going around again.
Since nobody else is commenting, I gather I'm not missing anything.
