Boy, 13, Arrested for Throwing Snowball at Chicago Cop
Charged with felony
A 13-year-old boy has been charged with a felony after he threw a snowball at a police officer on the West Side, hitting him in the arm as he sat in his squad car, officials said.
The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 4900 block of West Congress Parkway, about two blocks from where the student attends school, according to a police report.
