Mexico City Considers Allowing Marijuana Smoking Clubs
The capital hosted a three-day forum on drug policy
Mexico City hosted a three-day forum on drug policy, with some coming out in favor of legalization, permission for individuals to grow their own plants, and the establishment of private non-profit clubs where people could smoke.
Some believe it would help combat the violent black market drug trade in the nation.
However, not all are in favor of the idea. Current President Enrique Pena Nieto opposes legalization of marijuana, let alone the establishment of marijuana-oriented businesses.

I have lived in Mexico since 1988 as a university professor and constructor of houses. In all my interaction with Mexican young people, I have yet to see even ONE smoking marijuana. Sure the drink alcohol to excess sometimes, but any drugs? no. It is the US demand that is causing the violence.
I say LEGALIZE IT EVERYWHERE
