A video of a Vancouver man being punched during an arrest has sparked much controversy and even inspired the launch of Facebook group against police brutality in Vancouver.

The group was created Thursday and is called 'I Was Assaulted by Vancouver Police'. Its first post links to a news story about the Tuesday evening arrest of Andishae Akhavan for allegedly running a red light on his bike and not wearing a helmet.
