Businessman Pays To Clean Philly City Lot, Faces Legal Action
No good deed goes unpunished when government officials are involved
Ori Feibush had visited the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority four times, sent in seven letters, and volunteered to manage the clean-up of a lot neighboring his business, all to no avail.
The city not only took no action to clean up the trash and debris, it denied Feibush's permit to manage the clean-up efforts.
