Cop Block Founder Modifies Car to Record Cops on the Sly
Are you a little worried about police brutality? Worried that cops will beat the snot out of you and get away with it? It's more than a little understandable, especially if you have ever seen this.
Or this.
Or this.
Or this.
Or this.
Or this.
Or this.
Or this.
Or even this.
If that's something you're concerned about, check out this guy's car. It's tricked out to record cops no matter what abuses they try to inflict. It's also bulletproof, because every car should be bulletproof. Check out Veterans Against Police Abuse for information on how to record would-be Dirty Harrys in every conceivable manner.

It's got a cop motor, a 440 cubic inch plant, it's got cop tires, cop suspensions, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.
Fix the cigarette lighter.
HE'S BATMAN!
He's the civil rights activist we deserve, AND the civil rights activist we need right now.
It's going to be at least a little bit amusing when this cuckoo bird gets unjustly busted or harassed by the cops as he's walking back to his car tomorrow.
Hmmm, do you think this dude is jsut a tad bit paranoid?

Given your business, TiggyFooo, I'd have thought you'd view that as a feature and not a bug.
"If you have a cop-proof car, you didn't build that yourself."
"I've got the smokescreen... I don't know what I would ever use it for."
lol
If this takes off, their will be millions of cars on the road that are capable of providing audio, video, and GPS coordinates of their surroundings. He said he streams his data over Sprint and Verizon's wireless network. How tempting would it be for the Feds to pass a law, in the name of public safety, granting them access to all of this data?
Once again, looking forward to the day when I retire and fall off the grid.
Localized EMPs for cop cars is the next step. Officer safety, and all that.
You can't do that! We'll lose the dock!
We've already lost the dock.
And given the EMP heavy nature of their defenses, why didn't they have some method of protecting their crappy mechs from it?
I thought that something like this was on the drawing board, to short-circuit high speed chases and the like?
That it happens to zorch all of your cameras...well, it's not like they take much responsibility for their stray rounds now, is it?
If this guy uses his car to also warn fellow motorists of speed traps, he'd be the perfect criminal.
The above was snark aimed at the authoritarians.
I'm a cyclist, but I wear a helmet camera for my own protection in the event of a collision or other incident. For bonus points, it will also come in handy if I'm ever stopped by a police officer.
