If this takes off, their will be millions of cars on the road that are capable of providing audio, video, and GPS coordinates of their surroundings. I'm a cyclist, but I wear a helmet camera for my own protection in the event of a collision or other incident. For bonus points, it will also come in handy if I'm ever stopped by a police officer.
