The “no relation” bit given his name is spelled differently is a bit weird but given all the typos in his posts, maybe warranted.
Dan in his daily roundup cites some interesting cases, including Carey v. Population Services Int’l, which involves birth control for minors and has a lot of interesting stuff.

BTW, we would usually have an Order List today, but there was a software glitch that led it to be released Friday (see, e.g., Steve Vladeck's Substack). The Public Information Office released a statement regarding this but (again) did not deign to post it on the website so the general public could directly read it.
Or maybe Josh just makes a funny once in a while.
Don't think I ever liked many rulings or even things he said. They all seemed un-principled, not thought out. Nothing seems so out of touch as 'living Constitution" !! You look back at racist Woodrow Wilson and you see him dissing the Founders , based on what?
2=2 used to equal 4 but that's old outdated stuff.
“Woodrow Wilson and the founders of modern liberalism call these doctrines of limited government that appear in the Declaration and the Constitution obsolete. They argue that we now live in the age of progress and that government must be an engine of that progress.”
Let us assume:
0 = 0
Now “0” can result from the subtraction of one number with itself. So, let us assume that the two figures at L.H.S. and R.H.S. are 4, and 10.
Such that…. 4 – 4 = 10 – 10
Where, 4 can be written as 2*2
And 10 can be written as 2*5
Solving the equation further we get,
=> 2²-2² = 2×5 – 2×5
=> (2 – 2)(2 + 2) = 5(2 – 2)
Cancelling (2–2) from both sides we get
=> 2 + 2 = 5 (Hence proved)
