Well, anyway – here’s the solution:

1) Eliminate no-fault divorce.
2) Eliminate abortion and contraception.
3) Eliminate social services eligibility for families with children born out of wedlock.
4) Eliminate EMTALA eligibility (and all other social services) for illegal aliens.
5) Dismantle the institutions that promote second- and third-wave feminism and LGBTpedo ideology at a social/cultural level, eliminate all civil policies based upon them, deprogram its victims, and jail its leaders.
6) Take whatever large-scale economic reforms (which will largely be tax/regulation related) necessary to lower the cost of living and home ownership.

There. All those are intentionally frustrating the forming and developing of happy, healthy, prosperous families. Fix those, and you’ll bring the birth rates back up.

The baby bust is abetted greatly by government. Abortion is the main culprit: 63 Million abortions since 1973, with Blacks and Hispanics being the main targets, so racial problems are also part of this government intrusion. And the marriage tax penalty adds to this.
