The CA Marijuana Movement after Prop 19: Q&A with Dale Gieringer

Why didn't Prop 19 pass? What's next for the marijuana movement in California? We caught up with Dale Gieringer, director of CA NORML, at the 2011 Seattle Hempfest and asked him what's been happening since Prop 19 failed to pass last November.
Approximately 5 minutes. Produced by Paul Feine and Alex Manning.
