Rep. Massie Introduces Bill to Allow Judges to Sentence Below Mandatory Minimums

Northern Kentucky's U.S. Rep Thomas Massie teamed up with Democrat U.S. Rep. Bobby Scott, D-Va., to introduce a bill that would give federal judges more flexibility on sentencing.
It would allow federal judges to issue a sentences below the mandatory minimum sentences by allowing them to tailor sentences to fit the crime, a statement by Massie's office stated.
