CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Douglas Airport and US Airways are under investigation.

A report released found 34 tarmac delays involving US Airways flights leaving or arriving in Charlotte.

The delays were caused by a snowstorm in February.

A Channel 9 viewer said her plane sat on the tarmac for at least three hours as planes were de-iced and moved to different gates.
