Answers on Guns Left Wanting
Both Obama and Romney failed to provide clear answers to gun question in last night's debate
President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney were asked about gun control Tuesday night — and used the opportunity to address the need for strong families and education, causing a survivor of the Aurora, Colo., massacre to criticize them for providing "no real answers."
"The demands of 270,000 Americans for President Obama and Governor Romney to address gun violence broke through during tonight's debate," Stephen Barton said in a statement. "I am glad that a concerned citizen asked about guns — but sadly, there were no real answers. We are going to keep demanding a specific plan from both candidates to end gun violence."
