Police in Ipswich, England, arrested Lindsey Webb for putting her recycling out in the wrong color bags. Prosecutors say the change from black to orange and clear bags had been clearly publicized. But Webb says she was never given any of the new bags by the local council, even after asking for them. A judge gave her a six-month conditional release and ordered her to pay the Ipswich council £50 (about $61).

Well, that's understandable then. If the government doesn't deliver my garbage bag ration, how the hell am I supposed to get rid of my garbage? It's not like there's some magical garbage bag shop where you can just go buy garbage bags, is there?

There are no good people involved here. If you're sitting around helpless because you don't know how to acquire a garbage bag if somebody doesn't bring you one, you deserve to have a government that fines you for having the wrong colour bin bag, you poofters.
