Wayne County, Michigan, prosecutors have dropped all charges against a man they accused of sexually assaulting and killing his eight-month old daughter after a medical examiner's report found no evidence of either assault or sexual assault. The medical examiner's report found the girl died from "asphyxia by overlay" when her father accidentally rolled over onto her while they slept on the same bed.
