Brickbat: Juvenile Justice

An investigation by an Australian TV network has found that staff at a juvenile detention facility in the Northern Territory teargassed and assaulted inmates, held them in isolation and stripped them and put them in confinement chairs. Some of those children were as young as 10.

And the worst torture? The only beer the inmates were provided was Foster's.
That was weak. The rest of us just looked at that story and walked away. That's a fucked up story no matter how you slice it, and you called firsties on it.
"Torture, it's Australian for school!"
How else do you tame feral Australian children?
Australia is Canada's retarded cousin.
Mornin' boys. Beat your kids, flip off the commonwealth. 10 beers in and a gut full of BBQ. Gonna have fun in AM lynx if I'm not passed out.
Damn, that's a full day already. I usually miss the a.m. links, may have to peek in and see your drunken ramblings. Cheers.
It's 8pm and I'm in Nagano with the In-Laws. Good people.
Then technically in that time zone you're not allowed to participate in AM Links anyway. You don't want to get memory holed again, do you?
I'm just impressed with all the stroking jokes that AM lynx people wake up with. My type of crowd.
I mean I kind of make flippant remarks sometimes. But for fuck's sake the Australian prison system just admitted to straight up torturing 10 year olds, and that's old news.
well just how the fuck are they supposed to rehabilitate them if they don't beat/torture them? Tell me that.
I'm so shocked

I've always considered the ATF a rouge organization. There are are far too may federal 'law enforcement' agencies.
Well, they do have lots of blood on their hands. So I guess they are rouge.
more magenta actually...
I'm sure the agents involved in this illegal activity will be subjected to the full force of the law and suffer appropriate consequences. Just like Hillary.
Paid vacation?
fucked in the ass with a cricket bat?
So, the comments section in that article is pure diarrhea.
99.99% pure
Needs more false idols and salt pillars
GAO recommends that ATF eliminate or at minimum obfuscate the unnecessary data
Like with a cloth or something?
*polite applause*
It took a TV station to uncover this! That fact alone is terrifying and depressing.
Yeah, such an obsolete medium breaking a news story - it's almost unheard of.
Something this serious should be caught internally. There should be checks and balances. Having to depend on a whistle blower going to the media, or the media stumbling onto a story like this by accident is no way to discover wrong-doing. That's the depressing part. The terrifying part is that if, indeed, this is the ad hoc process to finding misdeeds, then there are surely a whole raft of ongoing scandals just waiting to be found.
Clarence Thomas approves.
+2 Panty Advils
Panty Advils
Nice band name.
However, due to probable trademark infringement perhaps "Panty Anvils" would be better.
I was going to suggest Panty Paracetamol until I checked wikipedia and realized i'd mixed up advil and tylenol again.
Guess that's why they got rid of the guns. Afraid somebody might come back and shoot them.
Given the hard-on he got over the cop bodyslamming that girl in class for the grievous crime of failure to obey, Tulpa is probably jacking himself raw over this story.
If you can't do the torture-rape, don't do the minor infraction.

Kizone is hitting the promoted comments. Sweet.
Torture by authorities get him really hard. The only thing that does, really.
So desperate for attention it's willing to pay Internet bucks to have its comment at the top.
Joke's on it - I don't even see promoted comments. (script blocker, etc)
Terrible story.
nice post thanks admin
