The Export-Import Bank, one of the purest excresences of corporate welfare and crony capitalism ever imagined. Created during FDR's days, Ex-Im guarantees loans and gives other assistance to foreign companies seeking to buy goods from such as struggling companies as Boeing, Caterpillar, and General Electric.
The bank's authorization ends on June 30 and may well go down. Which would be a good thing for free minds and free markets.
