Beat this:

4 ducks w/ their giblets, three large sweet onions chopped, tablespoon of granulated garlic and chicken stock to cover the ducks in a pressure cooker.

Cook on high for one hour. Debone the ducks. the meat will fall off of the bone and be very tender. Use a slotted spoon to remove as much onion from the pot as you can and put with the meat and giblets.

Run all of that through the meat grinder with the fine blade into a large bowl. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of finely zested orange or tangareen peel evenly over the meat. Stir in with a spoon, then run it back through the meat grinder. If it does not appear homogenous, run through a third time.

Put in small 1/2 cup containers with lids and refrigerate.

Take the chilled spread and put on crackers with stiff white cheese. Swiss is good. . Goes very well with a nice pinot noir.

Rufus, we can't really judge. Vancouver wasn't that impressive both times. The G-20 riot is our only crowning riot achievement since the early 20th century.

Vancouver has a long tradition of extremely stupid riots. Whether it's hating the Chinese (1886) or supporting Communism (1938), Vancouver's rioted for it. Montreal at least has the honour of having their Parliament buildings burned down in 1849.
