It's that awkward situation just about anyone with a cell or smart phone has experienced – making or receiving a "butt call" through an inadvertent touch of a screen.

But such an accidental call from the chairman of the board that oversees the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport to a secretary at the Hebron airport has resulted in a federal lawsuit, shifting an annoyance for most people into uncharted legal territory for those in this case.
