Rand Paul To Outline Economic Plan For Depressed Urban Areas in Detroit
98 percent of voters supported Obama in 2012
Sen. Rand Paul is heading to Detroit this week to pitch an economic plan for depressed urban areas he says will show Republicans can appeal to voters in areas of the country that have rejected the party's message for decades.
The Kentucky Republican and potential 2016 presidential contender is banking that his libertarian message will resonate with voters hit hardest by the recent recession and that continue to face high unemployment rates.

I must have missed something. I did not realize that the Duke University School of Medicine also awarded the then future Senator a degree in Economics. While he is in Detroit maybe he can do some free eye examinations.
Here is my plan and final offer on Detroit. Evacuate and bulldoze the entire place and then give it back to the American Indians or cede it to Canada.
