Brickbat: Sheriff Promises to Obey the Law
East Baton Rouge Sheriff Sid Gautreaux has promised to stop arresting gay men for crimes against nature. Undercover sheriff's deputies had been meeting men in local parks and arranging to have consensual sex with them in private locations then arresting them under the state's anti-sodomy law, which was declared unconstitutional after a Supreme Court case 10 years ago. Gautreaux insists the stings did not target gays.

Did his PR or union rep insist he lie and say this didn't target gays?
Was he targeting alt-text, too?
So the deputies had to take one for the team?

Nothing else will happen.
Look at how the sheriff spells his last name, with all those vowels. Looks like he's kind of fancy, IF you know what I mean, AND I think you do.
