Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney said President Barack Obama was knowingly dishonest when he told people they could keep their insurance plans.

"I think the president understood, it's now quite well-documented that his administration, he understood, that a lot of people would lose their insurance," Romney said on "CBS This Morning" on Friday. "They knew that and yet said, 'Well you can keep your insurance, period.' And that was wrong"
