Irvington, NJ Cops Shoot Man After He Wouldn't Take Hands Out of Pocket
Pepper sprayed him first, responding to a domestic disturbance call
Police shot and killed a man in Irvington early Monday morning during a domestic dispute, according to a statement from the Essex County Prosecutor's Office.
The man, whose name has not been released, allegedly broke into the home of his estranged wife. The woman called 911 at 2:10 a.m. to report the break-in, according to the statement.
