Justin Bieber will not be prosecuted for allegedly running his white Ferrari into a paparazzo in Hollywood. The Los Angeles District Attorney has rejected the case, according to a TMZ report.

Police said at the time of the incident in June that there was no crime and the injuries were not life-threatening. A video posted on TMZ shows Bieber getting into his car and being surrounded by paparazi. As he drives off, one of them falls to the ground and grips his knee.
