Norwegian Mass Murderer Applies to University of Oslo

Anders Behring Breivik, who was convicted of murdering 77 people, wants to study political science

OSLO, Norway, July 31 (UPI) — Imprisoned Norwegian mass-murderer Anders Behring Breivik has applied to the University of Oslo to study political science, the university confirmed.

Breivik is in a maximum-security prison for killing 77 people in a terror campaign launched two years ago, Britain's Guardian reported.
