Obama: Ray Kelly "One of the Best There Is"

NYPD chief being pushed as a possible Homeland Security nominee for the presdient

President Barack Obama had high praise for Police Commissioner Ray Kelly Tuesday, but stopped short of saying he's actively considering him for Homeland Security Secretary.

Several people, including Sen. Charles Schumer, have floated Kelly's name as a possible replacement for Janet Napolitano.
