Obama: Ray Kelly "One of the Best There Is"
NYPD chief being pushed as a possible Homeland Security nominee for the presdient
President Barack Obama had high praise for Police Commissioner Ray Kelly Tuesday, but stopped short of saying he's actively considering him for Homeland Security Secretary.
Several people, including Sen. Charles Schumer, have floated Kelly's name as a possible replacement for Janet Napolitano.

The two most interesting recent activities of the NYPD are the Stop&Frisk; program and the CIA use of the PD intelligence unit to perform domestic spying. As Commissioner what was his involvement on these programs and does he intend, as head of HS, to make these standard procedures nationwide?
