White House Consults with AFL-CIO on Labor Picks

New nominees to replace a pair of recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board could come as soon as Tuesday afternoon, two sources said.

The two replacement candidates have been picked today in consultation with AFL-CIO head Richard Trumka and are expected to be announced by the White House this week.
