Greek Prime Minister Says Saving Greece is the "Overriding Ideology" of His Government
Democratic Left party left the coalition last week
ATHENS, Greece, June 25 (UPI) -- Greek Prime Minister Antonis Samaras called Tuesday for better coordination between the two remaining parties in Greece's power-sharing coalition.
"Each of us has his own political beliefs, but the overriding ideology right now is saving the country," said Samaras. "We have no choice but to succeed and we are determined to succeed."
He told members of his new cabinet in Parliament the country has no time to waste, Ekathimerini.com reported.
