Supreme Court Keeping Americans in Suspense Over Same-Sex Marriage Cases

Only weeks to go in the current session

The justices of the Supreme Court are keeping Americans in suspense as the nation awaits what could be landmark decisions on same-sex marriage and a range of other important issues with just weeks to go in their current session.

The US Supreme Court prepares to enter June with the term's biggest cases yet to be decided.  NBC's Pete Williams looks at what's left on the docket.

Can a state limit marriage to the traditional one man-one woman couple, as California did in 2008? Does the U.S. Constitution guarantee same-sex couples a right to marry – a right which supersedes any state law?

And in a second case, the court will decide whether in awarding federal benefits and deciding federal tax policy, the government must recognize the same-sex couples who've been married in one of the states that now permit such marriages.

This is an open and shut case against Same Sex Marriage. Flat out, they are Not Equal. Gays have thrown down the Gauntlet that they are Equal to the Male Female Formula. They are Not. That they are Equal to the Formula that makes Mankind, our Civilization and everything made on the Planet Earth. NOT. Homosexuality has No Past and No Future, so Not Equal. They depend on the M/F formula that they 'claim' that they are Equal to. Therefore Not Equal. The Male/Female Formula is capable of making Humans for our Civilization. Homosexuality cannot make Humans. Therefore Not Equal. Without the M/F Formula, Homosexuality would Not Exist. Therefore inferior. The Male/Female Formula is perfect Gender Equality. Homosexuality is two of the Same Gender and excludes the opposite Gender, a form of discrimination. Therefore Not Equality. At every turn and instant, they are Not Equal. How then can 9 Judges rule that they are Equal? It would defy pure Logic. Pity.
