  2. It should effect, it since the bill covers the Asylum and Refugee Provisions which is how the family stayed in the USA. The Gang of Eight wanted a comprehensive bill so they got one, and now they must face the problem that their comprehensive bill is connected to the program which allowed the bombers into the US.
