  1. The Supreme Court will overturn this, based on the “fuck you, that’s why” clause.

    Interestingly, this clause was apparently part of the Constitution all along, but went unnoticed until 1933, when it was found to have been written in the margins using a ballpoint pen. The answer given to the question: “Why would they put it in the margins, and write it using a technology that didn’t yet exist?” was quite predictable.
