Beginning at 4:30 pm ET, I will be appearing on MSNBC's "brain trust" segment hosted by Craig Melvin, talking about the ships-passing-in-the-nightness of this weeks senatorial duel between Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and John McCain (R-Ariz.).
