Man Freed on Bond While Waiting For Third Murder Re-Trial
Accused of a 1990 murder in rural Missouri
A Missouri man twice convicted of killing his neighbor is expected to be released this afternoon to a waiting throng of supporters in his hometown.
Family and friends believe Mark Woodworth, 38, was framed for the 1990 killing near Chillocothe. He has been convicted twice, but both times, courts later threw out the convictions.
