Barack Obama Takes Oath of Office for Second Term
Remember that thou art mortal
Barack Hussein Obama officially began his second term as the nation's 44th president Sunday, taking the oath of office in a low-key ceremony at the White House.
Chief Justice John G. Roberts administered the oath, and the two will repeat the process again Monday in a public celebration at the Capitol. The Constitution mandates that presidential terms begin on Jan. 20, and it is traditional when the day falls on a Sunday that the public ceremony take place the next day.

I think every inauguration should be like this one today. The Constitution doesn't call for any amount of flourish, regardless of who's paying for the party, and it most certainly doesn't invite controversies over who'll give the benediction.
"I think every inauguration should be like this one today"
I agree, minus the Obama part.
Imagine what a Romney inaug might look like...protests? Threats? MSM critiques? Cost estimates? Crowd race profiling? Wealth envy?
Assuming Romney would have still been alive.
