Second Texas Trooper Suspended, With Pay, for Roadside Body Cavity Search

A second Texas state trooper has been suspended after an aggressive 'body cavity search' of two female motorists who were pulled over on a state highway.
Trooper David Ferrell has been temporarily let go but is still being paid for his part in the shocking July 13 incident, that was caught on tape.
