Former PA Police Chief Dies After Stun Gun Used By Cops

A former police chief in suburban Pittsburgh has died after struggling with officers who were arresting him in another community.

Authorities say that onetime Rankin chief Darryl Briston died late Saturday after attempting to flee police and security at the Meadows Racetrack and Casino.
