NJ Police Officer Charged After Attacking Colleague
They were traveling to testify, hopefully not in a battery case
A New Jersey police officer was charged with aggravated battery after he attacked a fellow officer who was in Polk County to testify at a hearing.
Winter Haven police responding to the Holiday Inn Express, 200 Cypress Gardens, on Tuesday found Sgt. Patrick Riley, 45, on an outside bench with injuries to his face and hands.
