Axelrod Says He Will Shave Mustache if Obama Loses Michigan, Pennsylvania Or Minnesota

Obama campaign senior adviser David Axelrod is pretty confident about President Obama's chances in three swing states next week: He said today on MSNBC's "Morning Joe" that he would "shave off my mustache of 40 years" if Obama lost one of Michigan, Pennsylvania or Minnesota on Election Day.

"Morning Joe" co-host Joe Scarborough asked Axelrod about tightening poll numbers in the three states, which have leaned heavily toward Obama throughout the campaign. 

"I will come on 'Morning Joe' and I will shave off my mustache of 40 years if we lose any of those states," Axelrod said.
