A.M. Links: Romney Plan "Starving Obamacare Through Regulations," West Virginia Dems Cold on Obama, Gary Johnson an Official Write-In Candidate in Michigan
Your morning links
-
Romney's transition team, the "Readiness Project," is reportedly preparing to move carefully at the beginning of a putative Romney administration, managing expectations on the economy and being pragmatic about Obamacare.
- Mitt Romney himself, meanwhile, sang "America the Beautiful" with Meatloaf.
- It's all relative in West Virginia. The governor and the senator running for re-election in that state are both Democrats but neither has yet publicly endorsed Barack Obama.
- The Libertarian Party has filed Gary Johnson as an official write-in candidate in case they lose their legal battle against Republicans to get Johnson on the ballot.
- CNN founder Ted Turner offered to Piers Morgan that the rising number of suicides among military service personnel (more this year than the number of combat deaths) was a good thing because it brought attention to the war, but it's only seemed to bring attention to the fact that Turner said it was a good thing soldiers were committing suicide.
- A task force set up by Governor Rick Scott has recommended tuitions be adjusted to be higher at higher tier schools and within schools lower for science, technology, engineering and math majors. There but for the grace of government…

Mark Cuban: I Would Vote for Gov. Romney If He Were a Democrat
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/.....20584.html
So, he wants Romney to say "I have leveraged debt before. We've got $16 trill. I can fucking leverage that shit too"?
Failure is technically on the success spectrum, right? Like, "most successful" can still mean terrible failure, right?
So Cuban is OK with the guy, but only if he has the correct letter after his name?
You'd think that somebody able to make billions of dollars in business would be smarter.
Cuban is proof that the connection between wealth and intelligence is loose.
Loose like a bowel movement?
Like a bowel movement after a hard night of drinking and a stop off to Taco Bell for 'fourth meal'.
...managing expectations on the economy and being pragmatic about Obamacare.
Jumping the gun on warning people they're going to be disappointed.
Yeah, I clearly dont understand political campaigns.
The Obama campaign keeps trying to convince me to vote for Romney. The Romney campaign clearly doesnt want my vote.
If only Romney was the guy Obama says he is.
You should have expected this the whole time.
I have maintained from the very beginning that Team RED has no intention, not even a desire, to repeal Obamacare and come up with a better plan, or simply deregulate and allow the market to handle shit (a wet dream if ever there were one), but that they wanted to tinker with it themselves and "fix" it when first they got the opportunity.
Yep. That was my thought too.
If they really wanted to repeal it, the House with its GOP majority would attach a repeal to every bill they pass.
OCare is a K street/fundraiser's dream. The machine Repubs no more want it to disappear than they want Roe v. Wade overturned.
That will be a mistake on many levels.
And when health care gets worse, "market reforms" get even more of the blame! Huzzah!
Katharine McPhee is still hot! Debra Messing... oh dear.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvs.....ailer.html
Nice puppies.
Katherine was totally giving a reach-around to that dog going up the stairs.
I was smiling, until I got to the Messing pics. Now I am sad.
Yeah, she actually looks like a 44 year old human female.
Here's a couple 44yr old human females.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvs.....ikini.html
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvs.....shoot.html
One, that is Stephanie Seymore, who has one in a billion genes. And two, those shots are totally photo shopped. Didn't you see the Daily Fail shots of her in the bikini at the beach with her kids a while back? She most definitely looked nothing like these picture. She didn't look bad at all. But she looked like a really hot 44 year old mom with some hips and a bit of thickness.
cool story, bro
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvs.....-body.html
There you are. She looks like a mom in those shots. A good looking mom, but a mom.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvs.....beach.html
Look at the celulite on that ass.
She still looks way better than Messing.
Seriously. Relax John, you can have Messing all to yourself.
Stephanie Seymour. Wow. I'll be in my bunk.
Fine, but can you even imagine spending more than 2.5 minutes with Pam Anderson?
NO amount of money...
Good point.
Another 44yr old human female.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvs.....ldren.html
She is hot but that headband makes her look like a dirty hippie.
Sweet Christ...what demon replaced Messing with Kirstie Alley?
Katharine McPhee has kind of a piglet face.
I see nothing wrong with her face.

What about pricing at a school that only has science, technology, engineering and math majors?
And the march to turn the university into a mere vocational training program for the military-industrial complex continues.
How about this, Florida, let people pay out of their own pocket to study whatever the hell they want?
This is actually the Big 3 fucking over UCF and USF, both of which have more students than any of the Big 3 Florida universities. Also, USF and UCF have dramatically improved their quality over the last decade or so. Pretty soon UF, FSU, and UM will have to start giving a far more equal spit of state money. And this is their solution to keeping the money coming.
Exactly. And I think it could be easily argued that UCF's engineering program is on par with and possibly better than the FSU and UF. (You said big 3 which I take to mean UM as well, but UM is a private school.)
I many be wrong about UM, but I would swear that FSU and UF have a willing partner in UM when it comes to the state appropriations battle every year. Maybe I've got my stories wrong.
I thought Miami was a private school. Am I wrong in that assessment?
UM is absolutely NOT part of the big 3. It's a pretty small school that is private.
Who is the 3rd one I'm thinking of? I would swear that 3 schools got together and said "15% or we have to close" last year to the lege during the tuition fight, and it wasn't UCF or USF.
I would have called them on their bluff.
Since UF and FSU undergraduate in-state tuition is something like 80%+ Bright Futures (in which the state subsidizes most or all of the tuition for FL high school students who have an A or B average), this was a budgeting gimmick to funnel more money to the unis in a downturn.
Krysten Ritter (Jesse's dead girlfriend on Breaking Bad) is still hot!
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvs.....-York.html
The nuts over at Huff Post were going crazy over the FLA college story. "Republicans want engineers and scientists who can't REASON!!!"
What?
On a (hopefully) related note, most of the engineers I know seem to swing more conservative. Maybe they can reason the value of their time/money and don't like the idea of working for 4 months just to pay their shit taxes.
The argument many were making was that without the Fine Arts and English students "enriching society" the STEM students would not be able to think and create.
Then there was the "This will lead to a shortage of Liberal Arts graduates who will soon be making more than the STEM majors." argument.
Engineers are conservative because they value actual results over intellectual bullshit. If they didn't, our cars wouldn't run and our bridges would all collapse.
If you don't sleep through a Lit 101 class and pay someone to write the essays, you will never be a fully realized person! You'll simply know math and have an employable skill. Blech!
Well, the whole problem with Scott's plan is that it rests on the presumption that are really thousands more students out there who *could* major in STEM areas, but choose to do Art History instead because, well, just because. And if it could just cost a bit less, they would switch to STEM majors in droves and be successful at it.
The more you think about it, the dumber it gets.
More models who would "rather go naked than wear fur".

Clearly, I need to ski more.
None of the skis have bindings. It's almost as if they weren't really skiing, but just there to be photographed in various states of attire.
And your point is?
Star Wars is just a movie! JUST A MOVIE!
Wow, it looks like skiing has changed quite a bit since my last time on the slopes.

Well, that's a bull***tter, I can tell.
The standard excuse for under-performers is "it's not my fault".
Progressives imagine that the deck is stacked against them, so no one can succeed at anything without big brother running interference for them.
Well, in 2009, Obama was big brother and the Democrats had absolute control of the house and senate, yet they still couldn't get things done. So now Obama says "it's not my fault."
This alone disqualifies the bastard from holding the office.
They got things done - they went on a wild spending orgy.
He's pissed because he expects Republicans to be "responsible" and sign-off on taxes to pay for that spending. Republicans have declined to participate and the Democrats didn't have the guts to do tax increases alone.
exactly. and, interestingly, Obama himself signed off on an extension of the tax cuts he now decries. That must be the repubs fault too.

Yes, just like the Yellow Pages was complicit because it gave you the addresses of places to burgle.
I have a feeling that some musician doesn't know how search engines work.
Johnny Cougar wouldn't have made that mistake. But he wouldn;t be rooting Meg Ryan either
He got dumped by the hot blond model he married in the 1990s. Now he is old and hasn't had a hit in 20 years, and that was a Van Morrison cover. So he has to take what he can get. I am sure his house is probably smaller too after the hot blond took him to the cleaners in divorce court.
Indiana is not a community property state, so he probably made out ok in the divorce.
Fuckin A right IFH. A badass turned pussy. If you are going to change your name for fame, at least have the balls to leave it changed.

John Cougar Mellencamp
John Mellencamp
A fag
So does this mean that if someone searches for this Huffington Post article on a search engine, John Mellencamp is aiding the act of mental suicide to whoever reads this piece? Some states do have laws against assisted suicide.
Mellencamp, a guy who has made millions in the recording industry, is not content with said millions. He wants those few extra dollars that would come with someone buying a few more of his songs. And he is willing to create a totalitarian state to do it. Maybe he ought to contemplate that other sin, you know greed.
John Cougar thinks he's not selling records because people on the internet are copying his music? No, John. You're not selling records because your music sucks donkey dicks. Fuck off you Hoosier hack.
Why do you hate donkey dicks?
...that one night in Tijuana...
He sounded like a carton-a-day smoker back in the mid-1980's. I can't imagine what his voice sounds like now. Does he sing through an Electrolarynx?
He was a big sex symbol in the 80s. I will never get why women found him hot.
I wouldn't know about that - I liked the pretty boys back then.

Morten Harket is 50 now:

If we're talking A-Ha, it would be Mags, not Morten. And Mags has aged really, really, really well. He's still nummy as hell.
But back then it was pretty much all about Duran Duran.
Duran Duran still gets plenty of spins in my house - the wife loves 'em.
Their (Duran Duran's) last album was amazing. The Man Who Stole a Leopard gets a lot of plays in my house.
Bought it on vinyl (of course!)
Why are you guys being so hard on him? He's at least smart enough to know that Google and Yahoo have piles of money, while going after the individuals would be hard and even less popular.

Evil fuckers. Deny them the "ability to exercise a free choice" with the excuse that doing so would deny them the "ability exercise a free choice."
Fuck unions.

I see it more at evidence we've reached the retarded-grandson phase of the Kim regime. Kim Joffrey-Un, if you will.
I can see why John Cougar Melonhead only wants to sing those songs once.
Sadly for him, that's one more time than we want to listen to them

Beating a man to death is no longer murder. Instead, it results in "civil rights violations" and lying to investigators charges. And it may carry a penalty as short as 1 year in jail.
That is obviously a spoof because Dunphy has assured us that in Washington things like that simply do not happen.
It's in the Constitution.
Don't worry, sarcasmic. He'll be here in 7-8 hours, when the thread is dead, to counter that claim.
He can go fuck himself.
I'm at the point where I hope he gets back to work soon so someone can shoot him in the face.
which is of course a lie

seriously, get a life. adults can comment on issues and discuss topics without calling people out. that's how we do it. give it a try.
thompson is a piece of shit and i hope he gets the proverbial book thrown out at him. but there's no story in a DEFENSE ATTORNEY advocating for a light treatment. jesus fucking christ. that's what they do, whether or not their client is a cop.
that's their job. to advocate for their client, even if, in the case of thompson, he is apparently, guilty as fuck
the ignorati metanarrative is that i am a cop apologist, which is utter rubbish. thompson is a piece of shit, the evidence is clear.
Are you being intentionally obtuse (rhetorical, I know you are)? The story is that this was done by the feds, not the locals. And you're the one saying that cops are regularly punished (above and beyond what a civilian would receive) and turned by other cops in your neck of the woods. This is just one of many, many cases where that is simply not true.
They were only following procedures.
the good officer had never been trained not to beat old men to death.
if the legislature didn't want cops beating old men to death, they should have passed a law against it.
You mean if they didn't want them beating old men to death, they would have mandated training in the CBA negotiations that taught officers it is wrong to beat old men to death. Remember, laws don't apply to cops unless they have specifically been trained on how to properly apply the laws. That's what we were told, anyway.
Beatings were delivered, life was terminated.
Contractal due process, officer safety, new professionalism, etc.
The most important thing is that officer got to go home to his family that night.

three unfair labor practices committed in 2005 and 2006 "could affect the employees' ability to exercise a free choice."
Unfair labor practices like...
merit pay
promotions based on competence instead of seniority
allowing workers to perform multiple jobs
Those sorts of unfair labor practices?
Allowing employees to plug things in without a union supervisor present.
Allowing employees to say "fuck the union."
Expecting employees to work is unfair.
Remember the cop that tazed a 17-year old who was in a jail cell cuffed and shackled to a bench? He's been cleared on all charges and PoliceOne is gleeful.
By the way, follow the local stories on the incident. He had arrested the kid wrongfully on no evidence other than the kid being a smartass.
I've said it before and the more I see garbage like this the more I beleive it: Cops are increasingly becoming Agents of the State, more interested in protecting the sinecures that have been granted to them by other agents of the State than in protecting the public they claim to serve. Furthermore, with nearly unrestrained legal protection to use force in an increasing number of scenarios (nearly all), always conveniently heavily armed, and a complicit/compliant judiciary, it appears to me that what passes for cops now will evolve into Blue Shirt Gestapo in the not too distant future.
If by not too distant future, you mean yesterday. Then, yeah.
Cops are increasingly becoming Agents of the State
They have always been agents of the state.
HM and robc, I know, I know. I've only been coming around to this realization in the past few years. It has been a terrible eye-opening experience.
I have a BiL who is a cop. Really nice guy, the kind of guy everyone would love to have as a BiL. He's the kind of cop you hope to encounter when you have to have an encounter with the police. He openly says that 95% of the people he works will are complete dirtbags.
If he's not involved already, tell him to join Oathkeepers.
and LEAP.
There you go again you stupid citizen. Always having FEELINGS, and EMOTIONS and allowing them to inform your opinions and actions. Did the cops make you sad? And now you equate cops to the Gestapo?
Conversely, police never react emotionally, or based only on feelings. No, these incorruptible heroes of boundless justice act only on "fact patterns as presented". These stalwart knights in blue rely on their instincts, finely hewn from rigorous training. Their knowledge of the law is as deep as the oceans, and their duty to serve is as solid as a mountain.
Feelings are for citizens. Professionalism is for police.
Conversely, police never react emotionally, or based only on feelings.
Except for when they "fear for their safety".
Then they can do anything they want.
Nothing in this world is more important than officer safety.
Furthermore, with nearly unrestrained legal protection to use force in an increasing number of scenarios (nearly all), always conveniently heavily armed, and a complicit/compliant judiciary
That last part is overlooked. The judiciary is losing the public's respect even faster than the cops are. Which is a dangerous trend because the Courts mostly operate on moral authority.
I'm noticing that cops tend to prefer bench trials to jury trials.
Probably because juries are becoming increasingly unsympathetic to the thugs with badges, while judges let them get away with murder.
Honestly, if I were ever on trial and was innocent, I'd demand a bench trial as well.
Juries are unpredictable and are often comprised of simple farmers, people of the land, the common clay of America. You know, morons.
In other words, the kinds of people who think cops and prosecutors are infallible ("They wouldn't have brought charges if he/she wasn't guilty!"). I would seriously consider a bench trial if I were charged with a crime.
A retired defense attorney once told me, somewhat intoxicated at the time, that
"Kid, if you ever get charged with a crime, you ask for a bench trial if you're innocent, and a jury trial if you're guilty."
Yep, textbook case of contempt of cop. But you have to look at the process, not the results. If the kid had actually done something illegal, he should have been locked up (process good). If he hadn't been restrained, his acting up might have been dangerous, hence the tasing (process good).
I think that the way it works is that the cop can be as wrong as he wants about the facts, as long as some fact pattern in a completely different situation would have justified it.
But cudos to the prosecutor in this case. Unlike cops, there seems to be a sizable percentage of good ones.
Case in point.
Guy running for prosecutor outed an overpaid narc.
"I'm not a bad officer; I've never been accused of being a bad officer," Parham said. "It was just some bad political circumstances."
Other cops in the comments mention this being political as well. I don't even know what to say. They truly believe they are a higher class of citizen who can't be held to the rules. They think people don't let cops get away with doing what ever they want solely because these people are assholes. Not being a jackboot thug never even crosses their mind.
The Libertarian Party has filed Gary Johnson as an official write-in candidate in case they lose their legal battle against Republicans to get Johnson on the ballot.

"CNN founder Ted Turner offered to Piers Morgan that the rising number of suicides among military service personnel...was a good thing"
Saying military suicides are a good thing isn't exactly like posing on an enemy anti-aircraft gun with spent cartridges all around--like his ex-wife did--but it is sort of in the same vein.
I guess consorting with the enemy is it's own kinda nasty, but military suicides are a good thing? But if it's the thought that counts, then that's right up there somewhere with Hanoi Jane.
Maybe the Taliban should invite Turner to the tribal part of Pakistan, where he could pose for some photographs, make some radio broadcasts, do a meet and greet with some of the Taliban's prisoners...
Saying military suicides are a good thing isn't exactly like posing on an enemy anti-aircraft gun with spent cartridges all around--like his ex-wife did--but it is sort of in the same vein.
No it's worse. Fonda at the time claimed that the Norht Vietnamese were defending their homeland against an aggressor.
Cheering suicides shows that you really hate the suiciding group. It's hate speech and should be beyond the pale. What do you think the reaction would be if Roger Ailes or Rupert Murdoch said that democrats killing themselves was a good thing? Of course, Ted is a proglodyte so he'll get a pass.
No link on the tattoo girl "do it with someone special your first time" Obama commercial? That is comedy gold.
there was a whole thread yesterday night.
I look at that girl and think "STD".
If only she had free birth control.
I don't think she would be given entry into Romney's Rape Camps (patent pending). Well maybe for the proles, not the uber-elite.
You can't spell STUPID without STD and UPI.
Think about it.
She's from THE shittiest show that got the green light for HBO--and TV in general--Girls. Seriously, there are 3 better looking chicks on that show, and she's the main character because she wrote it. And she's the only one who gets naked in it!
God damnit is it 5:30 yet I need a drink
And she's the only one who gets naked in it!
I wish I had two more arms so I could give those titties four thumbs down!!!!
That is really cruel. If she is in charge, I can gaurentee you no decent looking women will ever be getting naked on it. Her ego couldn't tolerate it.
From the article:
She has been widely dubbed the 'voice of a generation' for her show's hilarious representation of life as a middle-to-upper-class millennial living in New York City.
If she's the voice of a generation, maybe the Millenials deserve to get the shitstorm that's headed their way.
Hey, some of us hate that a group of people older than us have told us that this bitch is the voice of our generation. From her wikipedia:
Her father, Carroll Dunham, is a painter of "overtly sexualised pop art", and her mother, Laurie Simmons, is a photographer and designer who creates "disquieting domestic tableaux" with dolls
I mean, I feel dirty using this word, because of how overly often I see it on Jezebel, but Dunham is completely a child of privilege, and her show is cast almost exclusively with the daughters of her parents rich/artist friends that she either grew up in or ran in the same circles as.
What's really creepy is how fiercely critics (especially those at the TV part of the AV Club, where the articles are fucking ridiculous in her defense) have come out in her defense, accusing anyone not a fan of hers to be a misogynist. I wish I were kidding. I'd post a link to my favorite example, "How Girls Defies Our Masculine Expectations of Good TV" but even I am not that cruel.
The show's not terrible. But she generally is. Her dialogue is decent, her directing is amateurish (you can tell which episodes were directed by other people, as they're not just bland close-ups of every character) and her acting is often crazy. She created some good characters in the show, though oddly, they're mostly men. The problem is that critics went crazy for the show, when it's no more than adequate. It's fine. Not necessary viewing, not breaking any barriers. At worst, it's "a show that exists."
But her schtick... ugh. She's a rich hipster that makes fun of being a rich hipster, except when she doesn't? There are so many layers of purported irony that it's impossible to understand what she's trying to do.
Outrage over Girls star comparing losing virginity to first vote
The outrage isn't over the comparisons to losing one's virginity. The outrage is that she is so disgusting. Seriously, a cult following? I hate my generation so much.
It could be a fairly clever commercial if it wasn't a political one. It's just creepy.

I believe he said insanity is when you give up after something hasn't worked the first few times. 😉
RACIST!
So it wasn't OK when Richard Pryor had Gene Wilder don blackface in Silver Streak?
Spare me your logic.
Well, that nigger's crazy.
Robert Downey Jr. says fuck you.
There's logic to "blackface"?
The logic is:
1)There are very few people alive today (if any) who have ever even seen a minstrel show.
2) Blackface was used in the recent past in a non-racist way and no one had a problem with it until the mid 90's.
3) that it's perfectly acceptable for every other race to change their skin color for costumes.
I disagree with all three premises, but I'm not really interested in arguing against a po-faced (!) defense of "blackface".
Someone is well within their rights to dress up as Black Sambo for Halloween or such, and I'm well within my rights to think them to be an insensitive ass.
Jus' sayin'
And if they did that, they would be. But instead they get the same shit from people if they try to dress as Tiger Woods or Kanye West.
And if you disagree with #3, you're gonna be hard pressed to find someone else to agree with you.
*shrugs* The guy who wrote the article seems to agree with me.
No, he addressed it to white people.
Doesn't mean the point is exclusive.
Then why did he discount "white chicks" and "Chapelle Show"?
Because tu quoque is a fallacy, logic man. 🙂
I have never seen it argued by it's supporters that that stance is hypocritical. They instead say that it doesn't apply, because it's not racist, because only white people can be racist. If you are making the argument that it's wrong in both cases, you are the first I have ever heard to make it.
And I guarantee you that smarmy liberal douche isn't making it.
FIRST!
heh.
As an aside, an example "good blackface"?
I'm interested in what y'all have to say.
I see no problem with that. Fuck, I'm doing halloween next year as Riddick (got chest and arms, couldn't quite get the gut in shape in time this year after my surgery) and fully plan to use spray-on tanner.
I can't stand to wear wigs, and I've pretty much run out of easily recognizable white people who are bald. I'm doing Heisenberg this year, but that basically leaves me with either Riddick or Bain next year (already gone as Titus Pullo and 47 since I went bald). And I've already got the Riddick blades and goggles. The fucking Bain costume will run me $400.
I know how the writer feels; I still shudder at the vicious othering I experienced when Eddie murphy donned white-face to miliagress against me personally.
For the last time:
LOGIC IS NOT WELCOME IN THIS DISCUSSION!!!!
Minstrels?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_L9ocEcOm4
For some reason the Brits seem to have less issue with blackface.
So black people are so othered by this offense that they need this white guy to tell everyone to stop? WTF does this guy know about how black people feel? He even says it's not cool for white people to 'act black' by wearing hats sideways or having "saggin pants". Well, by his tone I guess he has everything figured out and is just upset us proles won't take his word for it.
Seriously. And am I to believe his overuse of "ain't" isn't meant to make him sound black? He tries so hard to sound hip and, well, black.
There is no acceptable reason to ever don Blackface. It's not a joke, it ain't funny, and it's not some creative license that adds to the value of your artistic endeavors.
OK. But what if I do it as a joke? Then it is a joke.
And what isn't part of a history of dehumanization, or efforts to rationalize state violence? Hell, the Constitution is part of that very same history, far more than blackface.
Stop trying to oppress us, fellow white man! Talk about more white supremacy.
The problem here is that 'blackface' is a specific thing. It is a variant clown makeup in which the actor caricatures sterotypical black dialects and behaviors. While it has been attributed to racism, it is no different from other clown types like the 'whiteface' or 'tramp'. Both also feature caricatured behaviors.
Costuming as a black person is NOT blackface. In the makeup/fx industry being able to do a sucessful race change is a mark of skill.
Conflating these and ascribing racism is idiocy--particularly when cases like the child who dressed as MLK because that was one of his heroes come to light.
LOGIC!!!
BURN THE HERITIC!!!
Now we know why civil rights groups like the NAACP, ACLU, and the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights are so upset about election integrity groups like True the Vote monitoring the polls on November 6. Pat Moran gave us a clue yesterday.
Moran revealed on James O'Keefe's undercover video why these groups have been so dishonest, ugly, and desperate to smear True the Vote and keep them out of the polls.
Simply, the "election protection" operation of these civil rights groups was seen, at least to Moran, as the final step in committing voter fraud.
Moran was the field director of his father's reelection campaign and worked out of the joint campaign office for President Obama and Democrat Senate candidate Tim Kaine in Virginia.
Let's look at the full video of Moran that led to his firing from the campaign.
In the video, O'Keefe's plant tells Moran that he has a pile of names of inactive voters. The plant wants to drive a van around and vote for them. Because Virginia's voter ID law is a joke, and a utility bill will suffice, the plant intends to use phony utility bills. Moran suggests ways to advance the scheme, including forgery using Microsoft Word.
Enter the "election protection" efforts of the civil rights groups. In case these phony utility bills create a stir inside the polls, Moran has the solution ? the army of left-wing lawyers who will be embedded inside the polls from groups like the ACLU, the NAACP, and the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights.
The plant doubts Virginia "will be really strict about enforcing" the new pseudo-voter ID law.
Moran has just the ticket for questionable phony utility bills ? the "election protection" lawyers from the left. . . . There is no way, of course, to know if the civil rights groups consider themselves cogs in a voter fraud machine. But one thing we do know for sure is that a top Democrat Party field operative does consider them so.

I was redistricted out of this district so i won't have the pleasure of voting against him again.
You lucky bastard!
Well, i'm in the 11th now and have Connelly.
That's a hair's breadth better than J.P. Moron. But ol' Jimmy has had many, many terms to prove what an asshole he is. Gerry is just getting started.
It gets better -- Arlington PD has opened an investigation.
http://politicalticker.blogs.c.....nt-page-2/
Then expect O'Keefe to be arrested any day now and charged with false representation and a host of other bullshit charges.
It's not good to be a filmmaker on probation in America.
Zing!
Man loses homeowner's insurance because he keeps a dog trained to be violent at his house. Butthurt cops are butthurt because it's a K9 "unit".
Guess they never saw this.
If a human kept such a dog, the cops would shoot it. The cops keep such a dog, and expect no consequences.
Oh, sure, there's no double standard.
Wow comment:
Disgusting! First responders should have complete indemnity from FEMA and their local Gov anyway!
They know they're bought and paid for mercenaries. They just want the government to keep up its end.
The Netherlands Wants the Power To "Render Inaccessible" Data on Foreign Servers
Someone at DOJ is getting a serious ass chewing this morning for not thinking of this first.
Really. What weren't *they* smoking?
Probably some of those Cubans their buddies at Customs seized.
My husband had sex with me while I was in a drunken state. Should I divorce him?
At least the response is worthy.
Feminism is ruining women, and by extension, men in this country.
BTW: What the fuck is up with html tags counting as characters? Fucking weak.
We discussed this one in depth a few months ago. It's probably a troll, but it's also possible it's a gender studies major.
I am going to get drunk and throw myself at you and have a great time. But if you recipricate it is rape.
I feel sorry for these women. How could you be that fucked up?
Waaaaaiiiiiittttt. Wouldn't the man have been drunk in this situation as well? How do we know she didn't rape him?
Oh yeah...he didn't have whiskey-dick.
I'm gonna take this opportunity to say "thank god for whiskey-dick!"
I used to "drink til they're pretty" in my college days. Recently, whiskey dick has begun to rear it's dreaded head.
It's great. No more regretful mornings!!! Though at this point, I have disappointed more fat chicks than Jenny Craig.
You know who else had sex in a drunken state?
me. And just about everyone else I know. Jeebus!
I think most of these things are con jobs. This one for sure. It just hits too many SWPL points; they had me at "wine tasting."
Second Connecticut officer pleads guilty to falsifying police reports. Blames politics for his prosecution (in federal court, of course). Somehow he is not being charged with intentionally ramming a motorcycle and causing it to wreck with serious injuries to the riders.
This comes on the same day a settlement is reached with the East Haven PD and the DoJ, which requires serious changes take place in the corrupt department. Of course, there is no one held personally accountable for their actions in the settlement.
Please, stop! My nuts have been kicked enough - I am trying to be happy this is Friday.
It's all relative in West Virginia.
I see what you did there, Krayewski.
An unbelievable letter at INstapunudit.
Two weeks ago my wife saw a surgeon for a hernia repair. The doctor said he could do the repair in conjunction with a tubal ligation if she wanted. So, yesterday I took my wife in for the surgery for both a hernia repair and tubal ligation. No one ever asked me for permission. No one asked me to sign anything. No one mentioned ANYTHING to me. (None of this is to say I would have objected, mind you. And I do believe husbands and wives should talk to each other about these things!)
What is strange is this. Earlier this year, I saw a urologist for a vasectomy and I was told?in no uncertain terms?my wife HAD to sign a consent form or they wouldn't do it. I called another office and they required a signed consent by my wife as well. What's up?
http://pjmedia.com/instapundit/155468/
A reader points out that this is a total violation of HIPPA. But I am not sure how you would sue over it.
I have been noting this for years. And some idiots are bitching about women's reproductive rights. They want free shit. Men have actually got our reproductive rights curtailed.
Dude, just like not paying for her abortion is taking away her reproductive rights, not giving her sperm is taking away her reproductive rights. But as a man you have no say what happens to your sperm once it's out of you.
Earlier this year, I saw a urologist for a vasectomy and I was told?in no uncertain terms?my wife HAD to sign a consent form or they wouldn't do it.
I'd have to give it some more thought, but that may be a violation of federal privacy rules. Your spouse is not entitled to know about your medical care, and it is generally not permitted to require disclosure of medical information as a condition of getting medical care.
see (f) at http://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/42/50.204
Any requirement of State and local law for obtaining consent, except one of spousal consent, must be followed.
As I read that, any requirement for spousal consent that may arise elsewhere in the statutes is overridden for sterilization procedures. And the term sterilization procedure is applied to both male and female sterilization.
Its never come up in my practice, so I couldn't say whether a state law requirement for spousal consent would be valid under federal privacy law. Regardless, in PA at least, it seems pretty clear that spousal consent is not required.
His body, her choice.
Part II of my hit and run incident.
So, now I have no doubt who the guilty party is. It is the same person who is accepting responsibility with his insurance but refuses to admit guilt. Firstly, the witness described him and pointed out his vehicle. She then says when he hit my car, he got out of his truck, went around and looked, got back in and drove off. Plausible deniability is gone at the moment he got out and looked.
Yesterday afternoon, a few of the ladies I worked with indicated that some of the managers went out to look the day prior to see if what the witness said was plausible. Many people, including myself, had doubts that it was him. Well, they showed me something on his truck, I knew then exactly what happened. The back of the step rail on the passenger side of the truck (I was parked on the same side that day) is missing the cap. The damage on my bumper is at the exact same height and shape of his step rail He pulled into my car, got out, looked, tried to correct himself by backing up, sent his step rail into my bumper, and then drove off.
Here's the issue, there are a few coworkers that refuse to believe the man is guilty. Now they'll think and spread around that I'm some kind of asshole for letting the old man take the blame and have his insurance pay for it "knowing" he didn't do it. Fortunately, that is only a small handful, but most of the others are pretty confident he did. And I'm stuck working with the ones who will besmirch my integrity.
I missed the first part. How bad was the damage to your vehicle? I don't have a truck so the lingo didn't really get across the extent of it.
And are these work trucks or personal?
both personal. I drive a camry. My bumper is beyond repair and will have to be replaced. The front piece is badly dented and also plastic. It has some modestly deep scratches, and may likely need to be replaced. The cover for my headlight has paint scuffs across it and will need to be replaced. We're talking several grand here.
I'll be seeing the insurance adjuster today and then take it to the dealership for a cost and time estimate. Thankfully I will get a rental for the duration of the repairs.
Several thousand dollars worth of damage is criminal. Literally.
Since it is a military installation, state laws and local laws do not apply. This will be a federal matter. He may very likely have his driving privileges revoked for at least a year on post.
Why he is accepting financial responsibility through his insurance but flatly denying he did it? That remained a mystery to me, until someone brought to my attention the matter of time. Both of us work the same schedule... 4 10s and get off at 1630. He almost never leaves that late, usually at 1600 or earlier. He was already counseled on this (we believe), so for him to be caught red handed (this hit and run occurred prior to me leaving a few minutes before 1630). That would mean he would be admitting to leaving early, and would likely face disciplinary actions. Again this is just a theory, but is quite plausible. But I would think a citation for hit and run with the legal consequences that go along with it would be FAR worse than getting written up for leaving work early.
He has to have admitted it to his insurance--they don't just hand out money to you because you're trying to be nice to someone you didn't hit.
How 'bout reporting this to the police and getting a police report on it. Presumably the cops, after looking at the same evidence and talking to the same witness you did, would come to the same conclusion you did. There would then be a police report reflecting that. End of controversy.
what Ice Nine said. You're in the right, so there's no need to apologize, especially when it comes to damage of your personal property.
Or, you could just accept his offer to pay up, and not give a shit what your idiot co-workers think.
Barring that, you could point out to them how bizarre is his sudden act of Christian charity toward you when he had nothing to do with the incident. Also, how stupid they are not to have figured that out for themselves.
I agree with Dean. As someone who has been the cause of a few fender benders, it always bugs me when someone would rather get the police involved and potentially drive up both of our insurance costs with points on the license, etc. etc. than just trading information and solving it on our own. I guess people are just becoming increasingly distrusting and don't believe when someone says "let's settle this on our own."
generic, I would not have bothered with the police had it not been a hit and run. If he did it and admitted guilt, and started the claims process, I would have been okay with that as long as the insurance company didn't want a police report or anything. But when I came out to my car and saw the damage without any note or any information on who did it, I called the MPs, because I figured I would be stuck with going through my insurance, and they would need the report.
I'm just very glad a witness spoke out and indicated the guilty party, otherwise it would have been on me to pay the deductible and likely see a jump in my premium.
Exactly. Who the fuck would offer up their insurance to cover an accident they didn't commit? His story is obviously bullshit, and everyone in the office knows it. He's trying to save face. Let the old man repair it. And it's over.
well, there was an initial MP report when I called them after I came out and saw the damages. I did not personally speak to the witness. Building management did, and so did her friend who works in my division. Her friend is the one that told me what the witness described to her. The witness seems to want to remain somewhat anonymous outside of those people. I'm not entirely sure she would be willing to speak with the MPs. But since he somewhat admitted guilt with the insurance company, though not any of us, I'm not sure what to do. I just want my car repaired to look exactly as it did before.
I don't necessarily care about the police citing him or revoking his privileges. I'm not that vindictive, especially since he will pay. It just irks me that he won't admit guilt, and is acting like some kind of martyr in all of this. And, really, I don't want him to do the same thing to someone else.
Dude, just take the money, forgive him, and move on. In six months everyone will forget.
Bullshit. Once the guy takes care of the damage to your vehicle, make sure nobody in the office ever forgets what he's done. Send out mass e-mails. Put bumper stickers on his car warning people that he can't drive in a parking lot. Put cones in the spaces adjacent to his parking space with warnings affixed that he is a safety risk to those around him.
Not only will this teach the old bastard a lesson, it will let everybody in the office know that you're a vindictive psychopath that is not to be trifled with.
I admit, that is funny, sloopy.
Or, seduce and then hate-fuck his wife/girlfriend/daughter and move on.
I like this option. Bonus points if you can do all three.
I continue to believe that you should (a) take the money, especially since it seems like he really did do the damage and (b) not give a crap about your co-workers' little drama fits.
So he wants to play the martyer - who cares? So some of the office busybodies want to play the moral scold - who cares?
Office-mates suck.
If only they would. My workday would be much improved.
Stop acting like a parody of a gender-studies course catalog and start acting like a loving wife. If you can't, then give the poor sap a divorce.
The husband is obviously a stupid useless pathetic cunt just like his wife. I vote they remain together rather than inflicting their emotional diseases on some other unsuspecting innocent victim.
But what if they have children?
Are the children drunk?
give it time. they will be.
it said nothing about them being in Kentucky
my eye jumped and I read that as "there' nothing about them being Kennedys"
your version is funnier and I wish I'd thought of it
With those two for parents they will be mainlining acid by the second grade.
But what if they have children?
Prima facie evidence that it was rape.
I thought that was one of the whole fucking points of getting married. She's asleep, your're horny. You take two fingers, swab them in your mouth for some saliva, spread her legs, lube her up, then go to town.
Am I the only one that has ever done this?
If I tried that my wife would rip my dick off and feed it to one of her snakes.
And she doesn't wake up as soon as your move her leg? Did you give her a case full of sleeping pills?
Perhaps. I prefer participation and enthusiasm.
That said, my wife has taken advantage of morning wood before. Nice way to wake up.
Don't know but you are surely the only one who has described it in such elegant detail here.
It's different when you're not "married" to a RealDoll, Troy
Bigot!
They do fucking deserve each other.
He doesn't just want federal police in the Netherlands to have the power to install spyware to secretly intercept data before they are encrypted. He wants the county's police to have the power to infiltrate servers and destroy data on computers even if they are potentially located in foreign jurisdictions.
If I recall correctly, Joe Liebermann wanted to empower RIAA to remotely destroy computers with "pirated" music on them. These guys are way behind.
Anyone out there remember Nidal Malik Hasan, the guy who murdered all those people in cold blood down in Fort Hood nearly three years ago? Well guess what: his so-called "trial" has now been postponed indefinitely.
Well slap my britches, gosh b'golly, and jeepers creepers, who in the world could have ever possibly seen THAT one coming? Oh yeah, right, I did.
They're just waiting for him to shave. You know how long it will take to cut through that forest on his face?
Didn't he agree to curtail his rights when he joined the military? Why don't they just hold him down and do it Romney style?
Well, the judge in the case has ruled that, yes, he can be forcibly shaved.
I was being facetious.
I didn't realize he'd done that. Upon reading, they're appealing it? What is there to appeal? This is retarded.
The great thing about beards is that they never really go away; you cut the thing off and that sucker just grows right back.
All kidding aside though, I swear that I can't believe the kind of country this has turned into. George Orwell himself couldn't have dreamed up shit like this.
Worried you might get convicted? Because you killed several people in front of lots of witnesses? Worried you're not quite nuts enough to be exonerated for your crimes?
Well, at least you can throw a wrench into the proceedings by growing a beard. A minimal investment in hirsuteness can get your case delayed and postpone a likely death sentence!
Seriously, why not proceed with the murder trial while the beard issue is litigated on a separate track? How can the disputed status of his beard affect the validity of the trial?
Let him wear the freaking beard during the early days of the trial, or for the whole trial. Then after deciding if he's guilty of murder, decide if he's also guilty of violating all the applicable beard regulations, contempt, etc.
If it turns out that he has a right to wear the beard, congratulations, they won't tack on an extra sentence to the (likely capital) sentence he gets for multiple murders.
If it turns out his beard-wearing was a crime, they can tack on an extra sentence, to be served after he completes his death sentence.
And the precedent set by this case will govern future cases, so if for example they decide against the beard, then in future cases they can forcibly shave the defendant without lengthy appeals and proceed with the trial.
There will be no future cases like this, as Obama has told us Al Qaeda and its affiliates have been decimated.
Do courts-martial use precedent?
It would seem to be that the military justice system is the closest thing we have in America to civil law, as opposed to common law.
I swear to God that if Romney doesn't bring this up and go ballistic on it,I will know that he's not even trying to win the election.
He's let Obama get away with murder (al-Alwhackjob), covering up in Benghazi and myriad other things. Not bringing Hasan to trial should be the last nail in Obama's electoral coffin. Even money says Romney never even broaches the subject.
Romney doesn't want to decry these actions as he wants to be able to do them when he's in office.
Maybe the murderdroning, but not the others. He's let a golden opportunity to destroy Obama's chances at reelection with the Benghazi situation alone. Letting this one go without a very vocal response would be unconscionable.
It will be much easier to do them in office if he gets in office, which decrying this will help. And it's not like being a fucking hypocrite is a problem with teamsters.
This trial is being delayed over the dude's beard? And they aren't going to just proceed with his unshaven face. Really, why does the military court give a shit about the beard. I assume that the civilian overseers of the military are concerned that Hasan will be perceived as a terrorist if the beard is permitted. What a joke.
So Romney is bullshitting about all that stuff he's gonna do "on day one"? Hang on, let me go get my suprised face.
IJ: Monks win right to make caskets in Louisiana
I just saw this story from IJ posted on my Facebook feed.
There's no substitute for a sympathetic plaintiff.
Video shows arrest of man that has claimed excessive force. Kinda looks like the one cop punches him in the face at the start, and it can't be easy for him to get his arms back for cuffing with that backpack on. Anyway, PoliceOne commentators predictably respond.
FTComments: Why aren't there legal sanctions for irresponsible reporting? I'm all for the first amendment, especially when it is used/applied rightly. I hate seeing it used to glamorize the thugs and villify the guys in blue doing heroes work every day.
and
UMMMMM....I do not see anything wrong here. He is lucky that he only got busted in the soup sucker once.
and
And the media further throws gasoline on all this when it states the suspect was hit on the head and torso. Ahhh...where would you LIKE us to strike a combative subject resisting arrest? The sooner the public gets indoctrined that force is necessary and is NOT EVER going to look pretty, the sooner this nonsense stops. It's beyond old, it's an affront to us and our time honored profession.
By the way, the man was charged with stand-alone resisting arrest.
It's from laziness. Some people said he was causing a disturbance. Do they bother to get testimony to make a case? No, they just try to drag him off. So when he justifiably resists, all they have to charge him with is resisting arrest.
The sooner the public gets indoctrined [sic] that force is necessary
the public gets indoctrined [sic] that force is necessary
indoctrined [sic]
force is necessary
Time honored profession? So these are hookers complaining?
My favorite was this (emphasis mine): Why aren't there legal sanctions for irresponsible reporting? I'm all for the first amendment, especially when it is used/applied rightly. I hate seeing it used to glamorize the thugs and villify [sic] the guys in blue doing heroes work every day.
Now these animals want the press monitored so they do not bring up cases where an officer may have broken the law. What fucking scum.*
*Of course, we have been told on here that these officers do not represent law enforcement and that we should take one man's word on it instead of the unfiltered opinions of officers nationwide speaking anonymously in what they believe is a private setting.
It is always chilling to hear what cops say when they are in a private setting.
They like to brag about who has the best choke hold, now many hits it takes to drop someone, and even about killing people.
They're animals.
And yet the public continues to cling delusionally to the narrative that the police are there to protect and serve them.
When it was noted here that Texas DPS was gearing up for war with federal grants, most of us sumised that it was only a matter of time before they started using that equipment for anything they could think of. That time has come.
Texas copter fires on truck full of illegal imigrants, kills 2
And if an aircraft not owned/operated by the government did this the FAA would be be all over the owners and operators of that aircraft.
Does anyone know whether federal aircraft regulations have specific exemptions for state and local governments?
When I say gearing up for war, I mean it. No one's gonna say shit about this, even if they have a mouth full of it.
The sooner the public gets indoctrined that force is necessary
Fuck you, baboon.
He's right. Force is necessary. Necessary to resist these fuckers. Seriously. I'm looking forward to the day when a crowd of people sees some cop beating the shit out of some poor defenseless person and rips him limb from limb.
Have a nice day.
I remember that seeing that. It was beautiful.
Beautiful!
They derive their power from the fact that no one will stop them when they do bad things.
That needs to end.
I'm all for the first amendment, especially when it is used/applied rightly.
Everyone should be free forced to express opinions I agree with!
apparently, i have "gotten to" the trolls, because this thread is yet another example of them "calling me out" with bogus accusations. the proof is in the text. do a text search for my name and YET AGAIN, you see trolls speculatin', lyin', and trollin' me. it's almost par for the course in any AM or PM link
seriously. it's TEXTBOOK. that's what trolls do. when are you guys going to grow the fuck up? i;'m not going away, i'm not going to play your silly troll games and get drawn into your inane arguments, and i'm going to continue to expose REAL police excessive force, while continuing to defend officers who are in the right, such as in the seth adams shooting
http://www.wptv.com/dpp/news/r.....-on-may-17
not only is the seth adams shooting justified, but it's the seth adams "side' that is playing games with the release (not the cops side, but the shootees side) of video evidence at the scene...
hmm...
FROM THE REPORT AT LINK:Signs on the property indicate that video cameras record activity in the area. The video surveillance equipment that is set up on a pole in the parking lot did not provide any footage. The computers which capture the signal from cameras mounted on poles at the front of the business had only video of the inside of the business' office, which appeared to be motion-sensor operated. When SA Born asked David Adams directly if the outside video cameras were hooked up, Adam's attorney,Brian LaBovick, informed SA Born that they would not answer that question.

i will continue to speak to truth to power as long as BOGUS accusations are made in re bad shoots, etc that's not being an apologist. it's being an advocate for truth and rule of law. and god forbid any reasonoid has to use deadly force, i will defend their right to do so as well (note:i almost never carry off duty, but i am aware many here carry firearms pursuant to RKBA and i would support anybody's right to self defense).
seth adams got shot.it was justified.
for those who can look at things objectively, just look at this thread or any other of the AM/PM links for numerous examples of TEXTBOOK trolling of me. step outside the petty little bubble and look at how childish it is. and it just makes the trolls look worse.
they can continue their circle jerk of "dunphy would say bla bla" etc. in thread after thread. they can continue their false bravado about cops being ripped linb from limb, about me dying in a fire, and all the other macho bullshit. i'll take the high road. i feel "dirty" even stooping to their level here, but so be it.
"I feel dirty"
Finally!
Based upon how you consistently misrepresent what people say here, I bet the reports you write read like fiction to anyone who was actually there.
Not that that would make you any different from any other cop.
i will continue to speak to truth to power
Words fail.
No words would suffice .
When SA Born asked David Adams directly if the outside video cameras were hooked up, Adam's attorney,Brian LaBovick, informed SA Born that they would not answer that question.
I can think of some legit reasons for declining to answer the question at a relatively early stage. Try this:
There isn't evidence from those cameras, so questions about the lack of evidence could be relevant to spoliation of evidence counterclaims. No attorney would let their client answer questions exposing their client unless and until (a) they had gotten to the bottom of it themselves and/or (b) they are ordered to do so by a court.
^^bigot^^
Nevermind the fact that you have a strong legal background. Questioning dunphy, or any cop's for that matter, narrative is hate speech.
And if we know anything from reading PoliceOne comments, any speech against the police should be regulated and punished.
i will continue to speak to truth to power
Indeed. As witnessed:
moron dies of gunfire.
the guy's idiocy brought about his own demise
he was not "innocent". he unjustifiably drew a gun on the police
and he paid the price
fuck him
if the guy was apprehensive enough to believe answering the door with a drawn gun was warranted, then he SHOULD NOT HAVE ANSWERED THE DOOR
then, the cops could have identified themselves and waited, walked away, etc.
but he made a fucking moronic decision and he paid the price.
yawn
this guy was a fucking moron begging to get shot.
Yes, "truth to power".
By the way, look at the angle of the bullets entering the door frame. Now try to jibe that with the cops story that he threw the door open and aimed his gun at them. It's physically impossible for the cops' story to be true. The angle of the bullets was so sharp that for him to have thrown the door open, he would have had to have been 3 feet inside the house (entry doors are 36") at least. And if he was, the cops would have never hit him with their fusillade of shots.
Your defense of these murderous cops personifies who you are, dunphy. And call me a troll all you want. I just post the stories and actual words of police officers responding to them. If that's bigotry or trolling, then I'm guilty.
Oh you poor, poor, persecuted soul.
All these people who have a problem with you for no reason at all.
No reason.
You did absolutely nothing to bring it on.
Nothing at all!
You are just misunderstood.
It's all them!
All them!
You have nothing to do with it!

it's a select few trolls.
Look, dickface. All I do is post stories about what I think are abuses of authority. I also often post the responses of actual police officers when the stories are posted on PoliceOne. You call it trolling because it makes your profession look foolish when your "brothers in arms" are outed with their own words.
If you think it's trolling, that's too bad. I don't say these things to you. I don't post them to get you to respond. I post them so the readers of this blog can be exposed to stories I think are relevant to readers here. If you don't like them, don't read them or counter them. Calling people bigots and trolls is not responding like an adult and it gets us nowhere.
I've said this before and I'll say it once again: I feel pretty comfortable with my reputation on here, both with the staff and with the commentators. If you feel the same, great. I personally don't care. But what I do care about is equal protection under the law, liberty and justice. Unfortunately, few cops out there, based on their own words, feel the same. Exposing that hypocrisy in the ranks of those with a monopoly on violence is a good thing for all Americans. If it's at the expense of your profession, then that's tough, because more and more people are finally waking up and seeing the double-standards that place cops in an extra-judicial class.
I judge you by your words. Do the same with me rather than trying to figure out my motives. Maybe then you'll understand where I'm coming from.
I like you, sloopyinca.
Not that that's much of a character defense.
Suggest you seek help for that persecution complex, Dunphy. Srsly.
I think his job is his therapy for that, Tonio.
i will continue to speak to truth to power
That's so precious.
I think by "truth" he means "lie" and by "power" he means "the powerless".

Ya big bully.
I just post the stories and actual words of police officers responding to them.
I didn't truly fear cops until I overheard them talking amongst each other about how they love committing acts of violence more than anything else in the world.
Yet people still believe that they just want to help people. Five minutes of eaves dropping on them when they don't think anyone else is listening is enough to cure that delusion. Or a perusal of the comments on policeOne.
Helping people is incidental. Hurting people is why they love their job.
GJ is an integrity vote and I luvit... However, should Romney be voted on JUST to get Obamacare out of the fucking country? I'm leaning that way...
