New Zealand's prime minister, John Key, apologises to Kim Dotcom after the country's intelligence watchdog found that the spy agency carried out illegal surveillance of the Megaupload founder. Dotcom, a New Zealand resident, faces charges in the US of internet piracy and breaking copyright law
