I like it! I think I'll start a health insurance company following this model. What, it's been done? OK, then I'm going to start a college following this model. What, that's been done too? WTF! There's nothing good left then.

Wait, I got it. I'll start a fish hatchery and raise and sell guaranteed non-poisonous fish. I think I could get the EPA to make a handy 30 step process for verifying that fish aren't poisonous. After I get my exemption of course.

      1. Tim   14 years ago

        There are no poisonous leeches...

  7. Tim   14 years ago

Where's the box for "insulated from market forces, quality drops until...Detroit."

  8. MikeP   14 years ago

Note that international climate change conventions make the market huge and only increase the number of governments pushing your product.

  9. Auric Demonocles   14 years ago

    Saw this on reddit earlier.

"... so millions of dopes were duped into thinking that seat belts made them safer when driving a 2 ton car against a 40 ton semi. So, the seat belt manufacturers lived happily ever after."

Ok, kids. Now, let me tell you the story about the pregnant women-killer: the inflatable airbag, and how it came into existence into this world. Ready? Listen closely...
